Plot Summary : ROYAL PAINS centers on a youthful E.R. medical expert who, succeeding someone wrongly blamed for the rationale that a patient’s death, moves to the Hamptons also becomes the reluctant "doctor for the rationale that hire" to the well to do also famous. When the appealing administrator of the local health center asks him to assess the town’s less fortunate, he finds himself tottering the row between doing nonetheless for the rationale that himself also doing alright for the rationale that others.
